An Ohio Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by the Secretary of State to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents.
What do you need at the time of Signing?
Please review all documents for the correct spelling of names and correct dates. Please complete all forms except signatures and notarized areas. Valid identification is needed for the signing.

Any one of the following Valid Identifications (providing they are current) are acceptable:

• Two credible witness’s (for a person who does not have current ID)
• Mexico Driver’s license
• US Passport
• US Military ID Card
