General Notarial Acts- Acknowledgment, Jurat, Oath / Affirmation, Copy Certification - $5 (plus travel fee)
(Notarial fees are regulated per Ohio Revised Code 147.08)
Travel Fees- Columbus/Franklin county $25+
LOAN SIGNING SERVICES
TRAVEL FEES
Travel fees are based on zip code and charged separately. Fee must be paid in advance prior to booking an appointment. Under no circumstances will you be refunded due to willingness, awareness, cancellations, or the ability to establish proper identification or documentation during notarization. Contact us to determine your travel fee.
LEGAL OBLIGATION:
It is important to remember that a Notary Public is not an attorney. I am not licensed to practice law, prepare documents or provide any legal counsel. By law, I am not able to create or provide forms such as Power of Attorney, Health Care Directives, etc. The primary role of a Mobile Notary is to act as an impartial witness to the signing of documents and legal forms.

- Weekends, Holidays, Medical & Governmental Facilities - add $10
- Jail/Prison Notary services (please call for quote)

- No Show - $50
- Print / Scan / Faxback - $20
